A Sydney man charged with the triple murder of a woman and two severely autistic children had allegedly been planning the crime for more than four months. MD Shomon Ahamed, 47, was charged with three counts of murder after allegedly phoning triple-0 from a Campbelltown home. Ahamed was represented by Blackridge Law.

$1.5M NDIS Fraud

Alan MacDonald, 33, was charged with 32 counts of fraud after the AFP alleged he defrauded the NDIS of $1.5 million in five days. $623M Cocaine Bust and Supreme Court Bail

Three men were accused of smuggling 1.1 tonnes of cocaine, with a street value of $623 million, into Australia on a 13-metre boat off the NSW mid-north coast. Mohamed Bejjaoui represented Chaiwat Thipsing and Luke Hazell. Supreme Court Justice Richard Weinstein granted bail on strict conditions. All five accused face charges of supplying a large commercial quantity, which carries a maximum of life imprisonment.
