Mohamed Bejjaoui
Mohamed is a founding partner of Blackridge Law. He holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws, and has practised across criminal, traffic, family, and civil law since 2017.
Biography
In that time, he has acted at every level of the NSW court system. His criminal practice has included murder trials, Supreme Court bail applications, large-scale drug importation and supply, kidnapping, firearms offences, fraud, and domestic violence proceedings. He also advises clients on family law disputes, parenting orders, and civil litigation.
The Daily Telegraph has profiled Mohamed as one of Sydney’s young lawyers making a mark in criminal law. He has been recognised alongside some of Australia’s most prominent defence lawyers, and his work has been reported across the Sydney Morning Herald, the Daily Telegraph, and multiple other news outlets.
The cases that make the papers represent a small part of what Mohamed does. The bulk of his work is with people facing one of the worst periods of their lives. A parent worried about losing their licence and their job. Someone dealing with a DV charge they didn’t see coming. A family trying to sort out custody arrangements during a separation. A young person who made a mistake and doesn’t know what happens next.
Mohamed’s approach is simple: give people a clear picture of where they stand, explain what the options are, and work to get the best result. He doesn’t make promises he can’t keep, but he prepares thoroughly and fights hard when it counts. Every client deals with him directly, from the first phone call through to the last court date.
Outside of the office, Mohamed is involved in community initiatives focused on youth engagement and road safety. He supports local charity organisations and has sponsored safe driving awareness events aimed at reducing road trauma among young drivers in western Sydney.
Mohamed is available 24/7 for urgent matters. He offers free initial consultations and fixed fees so clients know their costs from the start.
